Positive Reviews
positive:
A feast for the eyes.
Everywhere you look there are beautiful things to behold. The grounds and garden area is gorgeous and the pools are magnificent. The rooms are spotless and some have breath-taking views of the pool and salt-water lake with flamingos.
positive:
All-inclusive is worth is.
The all-inclusive option at this resort is worth the money. The convenience of the restaurants are nice, but the food quality tips it into a great feature. The staff works hard to keep the food offerings varied and the buffet full at all times of day. Food can be requested cooked to order. Fresh fish and vegetables and plentiful desserts ensure that everyone can find something to fill the tummy.
positive:
Staff is eager to please.
The multi-lingual staff is eager to please guests. They give much personal attention to requests. Their helpful personalities, friendly smiles, and gracious nature give the whole resort a feeling of hospitality.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Parking problems.
Parking is not included at the resort. Guests who are driving will have to find their own accommodations. While there is free parking across the road, it often fills up and guests have to drive around looking for spots that don't cost a fortune and that are close enough to be convenient.
negative:
Faded glory.
The hotel isn't brand new and the shine is starting to wear off of many features. Many rooms and areas appear dated and tired. The air-conditioning struggles to keep up with the heat, especially during the high summer temperatures. Plus, recently built hotels block some of the best views.
negative:
Changing standards.
A four-star resort in Spain might not match four-star expectations of British travellers. Many guests complain of room quality standards and say the level is closer to a three, rather than a four-star luxury.
