The motel has a good, convenient location with easy access to the I-35 freeway, making it an idea pit stop for travellers. It's also great for those planning to catch a game at the stadium, or who have business at the University of Texas or the Austin Convention Centre. You'll find a shopping centre nearby with several eateries and other services.

Although very simple, the rooms come well-equipped with all the basic necessities, including a refrigerator and microwave. You'll have everything you need for a brief overnight stay. Guests also appreciated the cable TV, which features a large variety of channels to enjoy when you want to stay in.

Dirty and Dated
This is an older motel and it shows. The facilities and the rooms are very dated and overdue for a renovation. A cosmetic update is necessary, both inside the rooms and on the exterior of the motel, in order to refresh the property and give guests better impressions.

Poor Housekeeping
Cleaning could seriously be improved. Guests repeatedly complain about the poorly-maintained rooms. Many arrived disappointed as the rooms didn't look like they were prepared in expectation of guests.

Most guests were also disappointed with the customer service here. The motel staff did not seem very friendly or approachable, and did not seem very eager to address concerns or resolve problems, even despite repeated complaints.
