The staff is very polite, friendly and and helpful. The service agent at reception is especially helpful for planning your holiday around Paris. They are eager to help accommodate all of your travel plans and needs, morning to night.
Wi-Fi service is patchy. If you interrupt your connection by leaving your computer, phone or tablet idle you will be required to register the Wi-Fi password again. This was an inconvenience for some guests.
