In the summer months, guests will find the fireplaces in their rooms won't have any gas in them to make them work. This is purely for the reason that the summer months are too warm for in-room fires, and gas expenses hike up the prices.

Guests with rooms on the side of the building facing the street will find themselves presented with noise during peak traffic hours. Any light sleepers are recommended to take rooms away from the street.

Any issues that may arise, while quickly responded to, may take some time, especially if it requires maintenance to come out and fix anything that may have broken. This can cause major inconveniences to guests staying at the hotel and dealing with technical issues is certainly not a desired holiday activity!
