Positive Reviews
positive:
Convenient to the Interstate
You’re just a short drive from the Interstate at this hotel making it ideal for a stopover while on a long trip. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby and a few shops if you need to buy anything. It’s also not far from Greenbelt Station.
positive:
Breakfast is included
This hotel offers a free basic breakfast. It’s not a huge offering but what you get certainly filling enough and quite tasty. It’s more than enough to see you through till lunch, and the coffee is pretty good.
positive:
Surprisingly quiet
This hotel is right by the Interstate, but it is surprisingly quiet for its location. You can relax in your room in the evening, and you’ll hardly hear a thing from the busy highway. This makes it easy to get a good night’s rest on the comfy beds.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not the cleanest of places
Guests expect a certain level of cleanliness when paying for accommodation, and sadly this hotel falls way short. The rooms are said to be in a terrible state when guests check-in with some even wondering if they were cleaned at all.
negative:
Unprofessional staff
The people that work here have to listen to more than their fair share of complaints from guests, but the simple fact is that they don’t really respond at all. Issues are often left unresolved, and there’s a certain couldn’t care less attitude that upsets guests.
negative:
Ashtray smells
If you smoke, then it won’t be a problem but if not then you may be bothered by the stale smoke smell in the rooms. The smell seems to be everywhere in the building, and it makes guests feel very uncomfortable.
