Guests liked the location of the hotel as it provided easy access to I-95. It is also a short distance to the metro. It is close to the University of Maryland, and very accessible to Washington DC, Virginia or other places in Maryland. They also observed that the hotel is close to fast foods and grocery stores.

Guests found the rooms to be fairly clean and comfortable. The air conditioners and TVs worked well. Wi-Fi was decent. Bathrooms were small, but there were no bugs.

Guests complained that the front desk staff was not cooperative or courteous. They noted that the staff did not bother to take note of any requests from guests. They were also not found to be prompt in their duties. Guests had to wait for a long time before they were checked in, as it was done manually. Guests felt that they needed to take training in hospitality/customer service. Guests complained that the hospitality staff did not do their work with dedication. The washcloths, towels and bed sheets were not changed every day. The trash-bin was also not cleared daily. Most of the time they had to do the housekeeping work themselves. They always got a strong smell of cleaning product when they entered the hotel.

There is no elevator in the hotel and the senior guests found it difficult to climb the flights of stairs.

Guests saw some undesirable people hanging around in the property. They were also apprehensive because of the crime reports in the area. Guests complained that the breakfast was loaded with carbohydrates. Eggs, sausages or bacon was missing.
