In addition to being helpful and amiable, the small yet highly energetic team at this hotel is also extremely engaging and courteous. Many guests appreciated staff members acknowledging them whenever they walked by and that they stopped to have a little chat from time to time.

A great many visitors have been impressed by the free breakfast offered here. In addition to waffles, yoghurt, baked goods, there's toast, hot and cold cereal, plus plenty of fresh fruit and a steady stream of coffee, tea and juice.

If you'd like to get your kids to blow off some steam before catching a flight then the pool here will do the trick nicely. Many guests with children have been won over by the twisty flume slide's propensity to keep little ones amused for hours!

Numerous guests have complained about the free Wi-Fi at this hotel. Evidently, sometimes it's fine and other times you're unable to do anything more elaborate than check your emails.

A large number of visitors have remarked that the main foyer/reception area looks a little shabby. It's a shame as the building itself is actually quite modern.

The cafe venue where breakfast is served isn't particularly spacious, nor is it blessed with anywhere near enough tables to accommodate any kind of rush. Unsurprisingly, very few guests liked having to wait in a queue just to sit down for breakfast.
