Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms could use a makeover
The rooms appeared to be rather outdated and in need of new furniture, flooring and wall paper. Moreover, guests noted that the bedding should be replaced as well, because it is stained and quite worn. Some guests noted that their non-smoking rooms had a distinct cigarette odor that appeared to be permanent. What is worse, several guests stated that there was evidence of mold in the corners of the room as well as throughout the bathrooms.
negative:
Housekeeping services hit or miss
Some guests were less than pleased with the cleaning services provided, as they saw dust, bugs and dirt in their rooms.
negative:
Wi-Fi unreliable
As several guests reported, while free, the in-room Wi-Fi can be rather spotty or non-existent, especially the farther away you are from the router.
