There's No Place Like Home
The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. After meeting them, all your fears are laid to rest. You will find most of the visitors to the hotel are from out of town, but the manager makes you feel like everyone is at home.

You Gotta Love It
You will sleep really well at this motel. The rooms are adequately clean and comfy, and believe it or not, the Wi-Fi works really well. The room size is fine too. In fact, it appears that there have been some recent renovations done to some parts of the property.

It May Not Look Like It But It Is
When approaching the motel, you may consider turning around; however, it won't be necessary. The surrounding area is fine during the day. If you take the necessary precautions during other times, you should have no problem. They offer secure parking for your vehicle and the area is well lit.

Sure, The Location Is Suspect
Though the area is not as unsafe as it looks, it can still put you off. There are dilapidated houses in the vicinity and the environment is rundown in general. However, the hotel tries to make sure that visitors are well guarded. The location is probably the main downside of the motel. Of course, this condition is due to hurricane Katrina.

It Depends On Your Taste
The motel may be questionable depending on your preference for style. You may find stray hairs and mold on the shower head, and the linens a bit rough. Nonetheless, this may not be the case in every room. Coffee making utensils and hairdryer are not in the room, but it would improve things if they were.

Walking On Foot
Getting around on foot to the good spots is a bit inconvenient. For example, getting to the French Quarter would take thirty-minutes. However, taxis are easy to catch. Besides, there is an interstate that is hard to cross, so it's not the most comfortable situation for walking around.
