Most guests love the location of the hotel which is just next to the Dolphin Mall. Restaurants, cinemas, shopping boutiques and bars are also nearby. Furthermore, the property is close to the airport, which is practical for the guests especially for those who have an early flight.

Guests commend the high quality professional service of the staff! They went beyond the extra mile to assist guests with all their needs and by suggesting restaurants without trying to fool the guests by recommending the on-site restaurant just for revenue. Therefore, the hospitable service the staff demonstrated was enjoyed by the guests.

Due to the room’s high level of cleanliness and current refurbishing, guests are extremely satisfied. The size, design, furniture, and equipment are all commendable. Moreover, the spacious wardrobe, comfortable sofa beds, and clean bathrooms added to the guests’ pleasant experience.

Most guests were disappointed with having to pay an extra fee for the breakfast and coffee. Furthermore, they were more upset with the quality of the food served. Meal offered at the on-site restaurant was quite expensive compared to the variety and quality.

Guests were upset with the slow Wi-Fi within the premises, especially the rooms. They had a hard time browsing and connecting to the Internet with multiple gadgets especially when doing their work.

Most of the guests are inconvenienced with the lack of free available shuttle service that will drop them to the airport. Guests noted that they had no choice but to either take a cab or ‘Uber’ services just to get to the airport on time.
