Negative Reviews
negative:
Things can get noisy
Courtyard Lubbock Downtown/University Area is located between two busy highways and in the heart of the city which means traffic noise could disturb your sleep.
negative:
The standard WiFi is spotty
The standard Wi-Fi can be slow and spotty in the guest rooms which could be especially problematic if you’re traveling on business or are trying to get an email out on a hurry. The wi-fi in the lobby is stronger and you have the option of upgrading to faster service for a fee.
negative:
Some rooms are smaller than others
Some of the guest rooms here are on the small side. So if you’re traveling with more than one person, have a lot of luggage in tow or need extra room to maneuver, be sure to ask for a larger room at check-in.
