Guests were very pleased by how attentive the staff were during their stays. Many guests said they were frustrated by air travel failures and the staff knew just how to put them at ease and get them efficiently checked into their rooms when they were tired.

Guests consistently commented about the room cleanliness. Usually, they didn't find any tidiness faults at all, which caused them to mention that this was a reliable accommodation option and that it was clear the housekeepers really work hard.

Guests really liked the quality of the pillows and mattresses here. They said the latter were firm yet very supportive, and mentioned how the pillows were soft and fluffy. As a result of both, you can expect to sleep soundly when staying at this property.

Feedback from guests indicated that there's not much to do around the hotel except for a couple of restaurants. Therefore, guests said unless you are solely choosing the property in relation to your air travel, it may not be suitable since it's not close to tourist destinations.

Many guests were not aware that there's a reservation system in place for the shuttle, and that the shuttle serves several other hotels. Reportedly, airline employees get priority for the shuttle, so if you are not on the shuttle reservation list the night before you want to travel on it, it might be full by the time you get to to board, meaning it's necessary to wait a half hour for the next one.

Guests thought the breakfast fare was too expensive. There were also comments it should be free based on the room cost.
