Hotel in great shape.
The hotel is very well maintained: the rooms, breakfast room, hallways, lobby, and pool area are all in top condition. Beds are very comfy with fluffy pillows and high quality linen. Housekeeping staff supplies plenty of clean towels. Overall a great living experience.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Some rooms need upgrades.
Although most rooms at the hotel are in well maintained, a few guests have complained that other rooms badly need some renovations to bring them up to standards. Others have pointed out that some newly renovated rooms have not been properly done.
negative:
Lacks an on-site restaurant.
Although Country Inn & Suites Nashville serves sumptuous buffet breakfasts every morning, the hotel lacks a full-service restaurant where guests can have meals and drinks. A few guests have found this to detract from an otherwise fulfilling experience staying at the hotel.
negative:
Misplaced non-smoking policy.
The hotel maintains a strict non-smoking policy in the rooms which it enforces zealously, but sometimes goes overboard. A few guests have complained of the hotel wrongly penalizing them for ostensibly having smoked in the rooms when they clearly had not done it.
