The majority of guests were very impressed with the complimentary breakfast that the hotel provided, citing its wide selection of food and its high quality as a positive attribute of their stay at this Days Inn. The breakfast food on offer includes cereals, fresh fruit, eggs, biscuits and many more options that should suit the vast majority of diner's dietary requirements and tastes.

All staff are extremely friendly and attentive, going out of their way to provide great customer service and help with any requests or queries guests may have about the area or the hotel itself.

The hotel is located in close proximity to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants that will provide guests with numerous options for entertainment. Guests also have access to the nearby highway that can take them to Portland's vibrant city center in a relatively short time and for guests who do not wish to drive, the MAX transit train is easily accessible from this Days Inn location.

A number of guests found that the hotel was undergoing renovations during their stay and they found that this was not conducive to a relaxing environment however this problem is a temporary one and it is unclear whether these renovations are currently ongoing.

The mattresses on the hotel's beds were deemed somewhat thin by some guests and too firm or hard by others. Some guests found that, when they were sleeping with another person in the bed, they could feel their companions' movements as the beds are rather springy.

As the hotel is located near a highway, some guests found that it was hard to gain entry to the hotel, especially during peak travel times.
