    ‘No turbulence’ …

    The hotel is right next to the airport, but there is absolutely no noise problem. The airport couldn’t be more convenient, but it’s pain-free! Shops and restaurants are also very easily accessed.

    Breakfast here is good and with a daily change to the menu … so you won’t get bored with the ‘same old …’.

    Nice, clean rooms.

    Rooms are very clean and attractive. Bathrooms are particularly impressive. Bed linen is of good quality… and the free cookies are great. Pull-out sofa isn’t the most comfortable, though. The hotel is close to amenities, but it isn’t on a busy street. Perfect really, in many ways. Some nice surprises too, including the fitness room which is very good with impressive new equipment.

    New dogs need to learn old tricks.

    Staff (Front Desk) is young + enthusiastic … but not necessarily well versed in the tricky art of Customer Service, but they mean well. There seems to be a lack of management guidance when things get hairy..

    Plumbing depths.

    You don’t expect to find part-used toiletries in the bathroom, dodgy plumbing and loads of mold. Why are breakfast portions so small and mean? You’d think staff members would be tuned into this problem and promptly replenish the quickly devoured items. No, they are not! These little things are easily rectified via minimal input at management level.

    Cold play.

    The water in the pool is icy cold. Staff members acknowledge the problem but there’s nobody around to flick a switch in order to get the temperature up to an acceptable level
