Positive Reviews
positive:
Accessible And Quiet
You can't beat the serenity of this place. It's ideal if you want to just get away for a short while, chill out with family, friends, and just let the days pass. Keep in mind, the property is similar to a timeshare/resort complex and there are retirees who live there, which may be a reason why it's so quiet. There is also a quiet-time that begins at 9PM.
positive:
There Are Places Conveniently Close
The beach is really close, like five-minutes away. There are also shops, grocery stores, and several good restaurants. The on-site nature trail is lovely for a nice stroll during the evening.
positive:
Rooms Are Well-Equipped
If anything, the units are well-equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. They are comfortable for the most part. There are also special suites, like the Jack Nicklaus Cottage, for larger groups that have two bathrooms, separate sleeping quarters, a fully equipped kitchen, and living room.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Nice, But Old School
The complex is decent; however, a bit of cosmetic touches hear and there would put the place more in step with what you expect from such an establishment. Help is nearly non-existent as well. If you need something like towels or washcloths, you may frequently find there is no one around to assist you.
negative:
Unexpected Roommates
Prepare to share your room with the probability of unexpected visitors like roaches, spiders, and maybe a frog or two.

A Do-It-Yourself Operation
It's a do-it-yourself operation at this place. If you are there for more than one day, you have to handle your own trash, wash your own dishes in the bathroom sink as that is the only one in the unit. So basically, there is no room service, but they charge a high cleaning fee!
