Travellers state that the decor of the property is stunning and the entire place is well designed. The lobby is situated on the hotel's fourth floor and visitors note that not only does the interior look nice, but there are some great views of the beach for you to enjoy.

Each morning the hotel serves a complimentary hot breakfast that features several favourites like eggs and bacon. Visitors say the breakfast spread is superb with a diverse range of choices available.

The hotel has a beachfront swimming pool and hot tub that allows you to enjoy the sun and beach from the comfort of the property. Guests report that the pool area is well maintained with towels and lounge chairs available.

There are only two lifts at the hotel and guests point out using these during peak hours can be a real nightmare since there is not enough space for everyone. It was also pointed out that the lobby and breakfast restaurant are on the fourth floor of the property which means you will have to use the elevator a few times during your stay.

The employees at the hotel are not all that helpful according to several travellers who add that they may not be able to resolve issues in a timely manner. In addition to being unhelpful at times, some staff members are not very friendly.

Visitors report some issues with rooms not always being cleaned thoroughly by housekeeping. The room cleaning can be a bit hit and miss and it was noted that certain areas could be neglected.
