    The Locale Is Brilliant

    The motel location is superb. It's convenient to the city centre and for a fun night out on the town. You are also close to the casino, railway station, and Rundle Mall. You're right in the middle of the CBD.

    It's the type of place where you can get by because the basics are there. For example, the shower is reasonably decent, the bed is comfortable, and the price is cheap. The motel may work for you if all you need is a few hours or a couple of nights stay.

    It's A Combat Zone

    This is one of those places where you can't understand how they manage to stay open. First of all, you feel like you're being scammed when they ask for cash upfront with no receipt and no proof of a financial exchange. The rooms are worse for wear and need a total renovation. Grimy carpets, mouldy shower, dirty linen, and stains on the walls are just some of the issues. The hot water runs out quickly as well. You will probably hate to even use the bathroom and don't be surprised if you have unwanted visitors like cockroaches!

    It can get very noisy from the night club nearby. It's bad enough with the other issues you have to deal with and now, it's nearly impossible for you to sleep as well!
