Pets are welcome here
This hotel welcomes pets, for a fee. This is great for those who like to travel with their favorite canine companions as there are plenty of great walks to be had nearby. In addition, there are pet friendly areas on the hotel's property where you can easily exercise your dog or just take him out for a quick pit stop.

A wonderful location
This hotel is located quite close to downtown Asheville, where you'll find lots of eclectic shops, restaurants, bars, art galleries and clubs. The newly renovated Asheville Outlet Mall is adjacent to the hotel and Biltmore Estate, which is breathtakingly beautiful and not to be missed, is just four miles away. Be sure to ask about tours to Biltmore upon checking in, as the hotel offers discounted tickets.

This is a non-smoking property
Comfort Suites Biltmore Square Mall is a non-smoking property. This is great for those who don't imbibe and prefer that their room smell fresh and not like acrid, second-hand smoke.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The pool is small
If you are in the mood for a swim, be sure to get to the pool early as it is rather small and can get crowded very quickly. If you are traveling during the summer months, you may also encounter a pool filled with children, which can make it difficult to get any real exercise or quiet time.
negative:
The breakfast room can get crowded
If you are traveling with a hungry brood, be sure you get them to breakfast early, as the breakfast area can get crowded and you might be hard pressed to find a seat. This is especially true on weekends and during peak season.
negative:
The restaurant is closed on Monday
The restaurant at Comfort Suites Biltmore Square Mall is closed on Monday which could prove problematic, especially if you've just checked in and are looking for lunch or dinner. Luckily, there are lots of restaurants located nearby, such as The Stone Ridge Tavern, and downtown Asheville is loaded with great little places to dine and drink.
