The Mid-Atlantic Museum at Reading Regional Airport is eight minutes by car from the hotel. Close to downtown, the hotel is at a walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The VF Outlet Shopping Center is around a mile and the Sovereign Center and Meryl Lynch offices are around three miles from the hotel.

The 79 rooms and suites are spread over four floors. Rooms are spacious and feature floor to ceiling windows with lovely views. Bathrooms are en suite with hair dryer provided. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV. Microwaves and refrigerators are provided on request. Suites may have spa tubs. Adjoining rooms are available for guests traveling in large groups or with extended family.

The hotel has facilities of a gym to help guests stay fit on their holiday. Front desk staff is available 24 hours to assist guests with queries or requests. Laundry facilities enable guests to travel light. The hotel serves a free and continental breakfast to its guests every morning. Self parking is complimentary and space is ample to accommodate vehicles like RVs and trucks besides cars. Wi-Fi can be freely accessed throughout the hotel.

Some guests find the rooms substandard with carpets worn out and having tears and rips. They feel that the amenities like lamp shades need to be replaced. The satellite channels are not clear but fuzzy.

The bathrooms have clogged showers and guests say that it feels like having a shower in a tub with water as water does not drain out. Towels placed in the shower stall are wet and stained.

Guests find the breakfast buffet quite good only on the weekends. On week days there is barely anything in the buffet.
