Pool water is a bit chilly for comfort and the sun loungers provided are not big enough. Indoor pool is rather compact. The sauna machine is not in working order sometimes, so guests get disappointed when that happens.

Wi-Fi speed is slow and intermittent which is inconvenient for guests who need to stay online constantly.

The beds in the rooms are rather hard and uncomfortable. Some rooms have views only of the roof top and guests feel that they should be notified in advance about this fact before allotting them a room.
