Negative Reviews
negative:
Not the best first impression.
Guests reported that their first impression of the property wasn't a very positive one, since the exterior appears to be inadequately maintained with windows being dirty and the grounds needing some attention. What a lot of guests found bothersome was the fact that the elevator was not cleaned and appeared quite dirty, which is unfortunate since this is an area most guests frequent several times per day.
negative:
Superficial cleaning.
While most guest found the rooms clean at first, several pointed out that upon further inspection, they noticed dirt and dust under the bed, along the baseboards and behind the furniture. The bathrooms were also a concern for some guests, as they found hair from previous guests on the shower walls, mold on the curtain and some bugs on the floor.
negative:
Rooms a bit dated.
Guests noted that the furniture was starting to show some wear and tear and the appliances like the heating system and shower heads could use some updating.
