You will find practically all the amenities you need to keep you occupied. There are lots of books, videos for kids and adults, plenty of toys, inflatable beach toys, a BBQ grill in the patio area, and a huge sun terrace upstairs. The facility is fine for families as there is plenty to keep kids occupied.

The apartment is clean to a decent standard and housekeeping comes in every other day. The accommodation comes with an iron, washing machine, dishwasher, and more. Make sure you ask about the complimentary Wi-Fi as reception won't mention it to you.

Maybe you will get lucky and get booked into an accommodation with a fantastic view across Albufiera and the main beach resort.

Expect a steep descent and a struggling climb up if you decide to walk into the old town. There are at least several hills to conquer and you will certainly be challenged. If you are not in tip-top shape, or at least use to climbing hills, you can expect to run out of energy fairly quickly.

The pool area could do with better maintenance. You may find the side of the pool has sharp edges as well. The drainage in the pool needs to be cleaned too.

The apartments have great facilities. Unfortunately, it won't be that easy to use them as the general shops and amenities are so far away, and the shops are almost never open. In addition, getting there with a taxi is probably something you do not want to add to your vacation budget.
