This property enjoys a central location and therefore it is easy to explore everywhere on foot. Downtown, Confederation Court Mall, Hillsborough Square Park and Charlottetown Harbour are all a short walk away and there is a plethora of shops and restaurants within the immediate vicinity.

If you are travelling on a budget then this hotel is definitely worth considering. The beds are comfortable, the rooms have everything you need and guests feel like it offers good value for money.

For guests arriving by car there is an on-site car park which is completely free. Breakfast is included with most hotel rates too and there is enough variety to suit almost everyone.

The hotel is starting to look quite out of date and guests feel it’s about time investment was made in bringing the hotel up to scratch. Guests feel that the cleaning at this hotel is merely adequate at best and this is also something that needs to be addressed. As well as appearing unkempt there have also been reports of a bad smell in some parts of the hotel. Some guests have likened it to a damp, musty smell whilst others have said it’s like a lingering cooking smell.

There have been multiple reports of rooms not being ready at the designated check-in time which has been a source of frustration for some guests.

There are mixed reviews on the rooms and it seems like location has everything to do with it. There is the main block and then a separate block just over the road. Guests have also said that rooms facing the swimming pool can be noisy in the day and the basement rooms aren’t very pleasant.
