Positive Reviews
positive:
Not Expensive
On arrival the receptionists and manager were accommodating: the check-in was quick and allowed before the check-in hours. The presence of a guest laundry room is a good facility for guests staying for more than a day or two. The price is competitive.
positive:
Good in the Morning
The water pressure and hot water in the bathroom was found to be very satisfactory, and the breakfast in the morning was good, well cooked and with a good choice, including make your own waffles.
positive:
Quiet and Well Shaded
Rooms are very quiet, with comfortable beds, whilst the guest who commented that there was no microwave or fridge as advertised, should have requested them from the front desk. Rooms are of a good size, the air conditioning and the TV work and room was found to be clean. Even though the room fronted a main highway it was quiet and the window shades worked well.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not professional
The staff, who are welcoming and friendly on arrival, were preoccupied talking to friends in the morning. There were smokers in what is supposed to be a non-smoking building. A guest who reported that the cable service on the TV was not working as required was told that he was using the remote wrongly: not the most attentive service.
negative:
Not so Clean
The bathroom was not as clean as guests would hope, with hairs showing: the towels left a great deal to be desired, being old, worn and gray. The upholstered furniture is worn and not very clean, not as pictured online, and a guest reports spotting mildew on the ceiling of the main bedroom, and all over the bathroom.

Needs Updating
With dark hallways, small (but working) elevators, and an un-cared for outdoor swimming pool this hotel is in need of an update and refurbishment to put it onto a competitive mark.
