Hotel Casa Santa Ana (Cartagena, Colombia)

The hotel's common areas were thought to be a nice and welcoming aspect of the hotel. Guests enjoyed relaxing in the rooftop pool, getting a massage in the spa area and the charming lounge areas. The quality of the décor was very chic.

Guests were happy to have the hotel's location be in a lively neighbourhood where it was easy to find many restaurants and bars within close distance. The plaza nearby also offers great opportunities for guests to enjoy some sightseeing.

Guests could tell that the hotel's taste in décor was above normal standards, and described the place as beautiful and luxurious. It was charming and elegant, with a clean feel and good smells. It was obvious the hotel was well kept.

The Wi-Fi was not found to be effective and reliable for guests who stayed here. They did not enjoy having a slow and unreliable Internet where they were not able to organize their tasks. They would prefer a quicker Wi-Fi.

Guests who were trying to get some rest found that it was difficult if there were rowdy guests in the hotel. They also found the music and people from outside to be noisy until late at night.

The shower temperatures tended to be in the cold and lukewarm area, but not hot. Guests would have preferred to have the option of hot water since it can be uncomfortable to shower with cold water, especially during colder days.
