Peaceful Location Close to it All
This quiet, peaceful inn seems tucked away from it all, yet it's directly across from the canal, and only a few blocks away from the famed Rehoboth Avenue. This is a great base to explore the area as you can use the Jolly Trolley to take you to Dewey Beach. Guests recommend trying Pig & Fish, Dogfish Head Brewing & Eats, and the Cultured Pearl restaurants.

Hospitality Receives Mixed Reviews
While some guests say the owners are just fine, many guests describe them as cold, not welcoming, and with no interest in socialising. Guests say the owners are grumpy and short-tempered, and act like every request is bothering them.

Breakfast Leaves Guests Wanting More
This inn offers a continental breakfast, but it consists completely of white bread items and sugar, including cereal more appealing to children. There are no fresh fruit options available, nor anything you would consider healthy.
negative:
Distractions Make Sleep Difficult
Guests say that if you're a sensitive sleeper, you may have trouble with the light and loud noises keeping you awake in the evening. The window shades don't do enough to keep the inn lights out which casts an unavoidable glow all night long. The HVAC units are quite noisy and walls are paper thin.
