You have to book your rooms through the Chamber of Commerce and cannot put a deposit down. Several guests pointed out that they were called shortly before their stay that their reservation would be transferred to another hotel. Some of those guests able to check into the hotel stated that they did not receive the desired room type, which can be a problem if you are arriving with more than two guests and end up having to stay in a small chalet.
