Mackinac Island is known for its uniqueness-motorized vehicles are not allowed on the island. The Grand Hotel is also unique, as it was built in the late 1800s and its atmosphere invites guests to take a step back into the past. Guests have enjoyed the old-world charm and the hotel's beautiful grounds and interiors.
