Negative Reviews
negative:
Thin walls.
Unfortunately, the walls are rather thin, and guests may find that hearing everything one's neighbour does may not be as appealing as it sounds. Extractor fans are very loud, and guests will find these disturbances to be a problem, especially if one is a light sleeper.
negative:
Double check special offers
Guests making bookings through third party booking agencies had best double check what the standards are for each booking. Unfortunately, guests will may find they didn't read the fine print, and are disappointed when they discover that they are not included on certain things.
negative:
Water and heating problems arise.
For those that are not aware, sometimes problems arise, and it seems that the most common problem for Burlton Inn is that the heating and hot water fluxuates. Guests are made aware of any discrepancies upon their arrival, however, to assure that assistance is provided.
