Hotel Bunbeg House (Gweedore, Ireland)

Guests loved the fact that the hotel is within view of a beautiful harbour. It's also surrounded by plenty of scenic places to walk or ride bicycles and absorb the natural wonders of the area.

Several guests specifically booked their stays at Bunbeg House specifically because it allows pets. They went on to say that the staff made a point of trying to befriend each guests' pets. If you bring your dog there, you can also be assured that there are plenty of places to take it for a walk.

Many guests enjoyed the fact that their rooms were spacious and open feeling. When you stay, you won't have to worry about feeling cramped or unable to unpack. Guests liked that they could feel at home in their rooms, rather than living directly out of their suitcases.

Many guests were upset to find that the parking situation near Bunbeg House was unacceptable. You can expect to have to park your car quite a distance away from the hotel during your stay. That could make transporting luggage difficult.

Many guests were disappointed to find that the on-site restaurant is only open in the summer, and the nearest restaurant open all year is over five miles away. There are also no other modern attractions in the area, such as shopping centres or cinemas. As a result, several guests were bored during the off season.

Many guests said that both the bedrooms and the bathrooms need to be updated. Some of the furniture is very worn or stained. The carpets are old as well, and the decorations could do with some modernization.
