Hotel Budget Flats Brussels (Anderlecht, Belgium)

Spacious rooms wowed guests with big windows and plenty of light. Overall, guests found that rooms were kept fairly clean. Guests also liked that Budget Flats Brussels catered to larger groups, with some rooms housing three single travellers. With the kitchen facilities to save money on food, and the low nightly rate, guests on a budget would return again.

Guests found staff to be helpful and efficient at this hotel. When problems arose, they were dealt with swiftly, and guests were greeted with a smile when returning for the day.

While slightly removed from the centre of Brussels, guests found it relatively easy to get around. A short 10-minute walk took them to the Saint-Guidon bus stop, and from there, guests had access to most top attractions. And guests who were in the mood to shop, appreciated that Westland Shopping Centre was just 15 minutes away.

Guests with rooms at the front of the building experienced more street noise than they would have liked. Located on a busy four lane road, Budget Flats Brussels guests would have preferred a room at the much quieter back of the hotel. Some guests also complained of hallway noise made worse by echoing hardwood floors.

Wi-Fi reportedly worked great at this hotel. The downside, was that data usage was limited, and guests were only given a certain amount for free before they had to pay.

Guests found a variety of things that didn't work or that needed improvement. A few were disappointed with missing shower curtains, inoperable stoves, a lack of cooking knives in the main kitchen, and missing locks on bathroom doors.
