About Black Ivy

The Links hotel in Edinburgh is located by the Meadows to the south west of Edinburgh city centre in the Bruntsfield area. It is within walking distance to Edinburgh Castle and the Princess Street shopping area. This 3 star family run hotel was extensively refurbished between 2010 and 2011 and has 22 en-suite guest rooms, many overlooking the Bruntsfield Links golf course. Amenities include flat screen television, satellite TV, hair dryer, trouser press an WiFi internet access. The hotel is non-smoking throughout apart from the heated beer garden where guests can smoke. A complimentary breakfast is available each morning and guest can choose from either a full Scottish breakfast or a continental buffet. Dinning is available in the hotel restaurant with the majority of the ingredients being sourced locally. Major sports events are shown on a large plasma screen television in the hotel bar where snacks are also available.
