Negative Reviews
negative:
Access to Downtown
While the hotel is very convenient for attendees of the Grand Ole Opry, many guests found it might have been nice to be closer to downtown, as the Opryland area is rather isolated on the east side of town. The hotel offers shuttle service to Downtown and its cultural attractions, but most found the shuttle prohibitively expensive.
negative:
Issues With Wi-Fi
Several guests complained that the hotel's Wi-Fi service was unreliable. The service was very slow and accessing the network took quite a while, with guests losing connection to the internet regularly.
negative:
Breakfast Was Disappointing
Some guests found the breakfast very satisfactory, but others felt that the offerings did not live up to their expectations. The breakfast area was too cramped and had insufficient counter space, and the array of selections was limited by several guests' standards. Hot breakfast options seem to rotate based on availability, with waffles, cereal and fruit being the only constants.
