Hotel Best Western Premier Petion-Ville (Port au Prince, Haiti)

Most of the guests who have tried to dine in the on-site gourmet restaurant found the service to be excellent. They particularly loved the large portions, efficient and friendly service, and delicious food. Guests also expressed that all the dishes served are well worth every penny!

Guests were generally pleased with the type of treatment they received during their stay at Best Western Premier Petion-Ville. They commended the personnel for being efficient, professional, and warm throughout their stay, consequently making their visit very memorable.

One of the favorite spots of many guests is the hotel's pool area! The cool waters allowed them to enjoy quality time with the people they are traveling with. Moreover, the pool area is clean and well-maintained.

Guests loved the spacious bathrooms in each room. However, some of them complained of issues with plumbing during their stay. Problems with flushing and draining were among the complaints the hotel received in the past. These, though, were immediately resolved thanks to the efficient hotel staff.

There were some guests who experienced having cockroaches in their rooms. This was very discouraging, especially for those who were very particular with cleanliness. Guests also pointed out that although the rooms have nice decor, the management should also focus on making sure the rooms are kept bug-free.

It can get really hot and humid in Haiti, and, it would be great to enjoy a nice cold bath. There were some guests, however, who experienced running out of water during their stay. This issue, though, does not happen often.
