The hotel offers the same standards as any Marriott throughout the world and you will not be disappointed! Previous guests were very satisfied with the overall cleanliness and modern feel to the hotel, also, the beds are extra comfortable.

If you are in Port Au Prince for business or pleasure, this is a perfect hotel to end the day. You can enjoy a dip in the hotel's outdoor pool or socialize with other guests in the bar and lounge area.

While the majority of the guests have raved about the hotel's cuisine, others were not so impressed and some felt that the service was a bit slow. Likewise, guests were a bit disappointed to see that room service was not available past 11 PM.

While the hotel offers all of the comforts that you will need during your stay, some felt that the price of the rooms and food services were a bit steep.

While the hotel's guests found the staff to be very friendly, they did feel that the service was lacking. Some guests reported that the staff would talk very loudly to each other and any task that was completed was done quite slowly.
