Hotel Best Western Heritage Inn Chico (Chico, USA)

Guests were struck with how exceptionally polite and friendly staff were. Friendly employees were the norm here, and guests said that it was a breath of fresh air interacting with individuals working at both the front desk and breakfast room.

It's nice to be able to leave the car behind once in awhile, and that's exactly what many guests did when looking for a shop or restaurant nearby. If guests forgot something at home, it was a short walk to pick anything up that they might be missing.

Comfortable mattresses were well received by the majority of guests who had the restful sleep that they were hoping for. Beds can be comfortable to one person and not so sleep-worthy to another, but in this case, mattresses got top marks.

Unfortunately, many guests discovered that this hotel wasn't the smoke-free zone that they had hoped for. It seems that non-smoking rooms are located next to smoking rooms in some cases, and this made for an unpleasant situation for a lot of guests.

Guests who were located at the front of the hotel were sometimes in for a loud night. Freeway traffic didn't stop, according to many guests who would have strongly preferred to be on the other, much quieter, side of the property.

Guests thought that Best Western Heritage Inn - Chico could have done better with the complimentary breakfast. While adequate, it lacked in healthy options like fresh fruit and whole grain bread products. Sugary cereal was standard, and hot items would have also been a nice addition.
