Most of the positive reviews about the hotel are due to its practical location, which is close to major tourists' destinations such as Cades Cove and Smoky Mountain National Park. Guests can also access other famous locations such as Pigeon Forge and other local attractions only within a few minutes.

Guests are surprised with the size of the room- bigger than expected! The beds are very comfortable and there is a small footstool provided for guests to rest their feet. The room is also well-equipped with mini-fridge, satellite TV, and microwave. Furthermore, the bathrooms have toilet dispensers for soap instead of using small bars, which is quite unique and impressive for guests.

Best Western Cades Cove Inn's guests are impressed with the quality of breakfast food offered daily. It was served fresh and warm, and sufficient to the needs of the guests.

Most guests are disappointed with the quality of service that the staff demonstrated. They were not very receptive and did not provide most of the guests' requests. Moreover, guests also had issues with the housekeeping team who did not provide clean towels regularly and did not replace other necessary toiletries.
