Hotel Benidorm (Mexico City, Mexico)

This hotel is a stop for the local bus lines. It is also located at the intersection of two busy roads where you can easily catch a taxi. Additionally, many attractions, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. Several guests said that they found it convenient for business trips as well.

Guests all agree that the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Several guests said that staff members were even able to recommend local restaurants that were open late at night or attractions that were worth visiting in the area

According to guests, most of the rooms at this hotel are quite large and comfortable, even for those travelling with children. There is plenty of floor space to walk around without tripping over furniture, luggage, or other members of your party

Guests all agree that road noise from the Y-shaped intersection outside where two main roads meet can be quite distracting, especially at night. Many guests also mentioned that crossing that intersection can be difficult and hazardous.

Many guests have said that the rooms at this hotel are only cleaned on a basic level. Closer inspection revealed areas that were quite dirty. The insides of the showers, the carpets, and under the beds were commonly ignored by the cleaning staff.

According to guests, it can be difficult to get staff members to come to the guest rooms. Calls for extra towels or other issues were not responded to in a timely fashion. Many guests indicated that there doesn't seem to be enough staff members for the size of the hotel.
