Hotel Beauvoir (Paris, France)

For many guests, Beauvoir was a good choice because of their low nighty room rate. Their rates are lower than many other hotels in Paris, and the savings enabled travellers to spend more of their vacation money on activities.

Beauvoir is located right next to Port Royal RER, which made it easy for guests to travel to and from the hotel. It is also near many of Paris's major attractions including Notre Dame and the Louvre, and guests appreciated that there were have shops and restaurants within walking distance as well.

Guests were pleased to find that the rooms were kept quite clean, and many noted that the beds were very comfortable as well.

While many guests noted that they did not expect a large room for what they paid, several were still shocked by just how small the rooms are. Travellers complained that there was nowhere to put their luggage down without tripping over it, and that it was very difficult to maneuver about the room with multiple people. Quiet a few guests also complained about the size of the toilets, with several noting that they could only use it if they sat sideways.

Though it did not pose a problem for winter guests, those that stayed in the summer time found the rooms to be uncomfortably hot. There is no air conditioning or fans, leaving travellers with only the open window to cool the room.

Many guests noted that the rooms lack soundproofing, and complained of being kept up at night by the sounds of traffic outside.
