Negative Reviews
negative:
A makeover might be in order.
Several guests found that rooms were beginning to show wear. Signs of aging were evident in things like older furnishings, worn fabric, and beds that were sometimes too soft.
negative:
Air-conditioning annoyance.
Along with the somewhat dated rooms, several guests encountered problems with their air-conditioning units. Noisy, inefficient air-conditioning unfortunately posed a problem more than a few times, and guests were especially unimpressed with the need to turn off the living room air-conditioner in order to open the balcony.
negative:
Could be busy.
During peak times, the swimming pool was sometimes too crowded for guests' liking, but the majority reported a relaxing stay. A few guests also had problems getting the exact room that they wanted, so book well in advance for this popular hotel.
