The staff most especially those who are in charge at the front desk have been very helpful and approachable according to most guests. They were very efficient with the check-in/checkout process and provided top-notch service to guests who were having issues with their reservations.

Due to its practical location, guests were deeply impressed and satisfied since they could easily go anywhere within a short walking distance. The Bass Pro is just right across the street while other establishments such as restaurants, coffee shops, and the Hammons Field can be reached within just a few minutes.

Most guests were pleased with the quality of the breakfast, which can also be served earlier than the actual start time upon request. The food such as baked cookies and fruits was freshly cooked and perfectly prepared for the guests.

Paper-thin walls make stay uncomfortable
Guests were disappointed with the loud noise coming from the large group of people from adjacent rooms due to the ‘paper-thin’ walls. They were also uncomfortable with the noise coming from the construction team, which normally starts at 7am, as well as the unbearable traffic noise.

Poor quality of beds and pillows
The mattresses provided were too soft according to guests. Plus, the square pillows were quite small and uncomfortable. As a result, some guests even had backaches and were not able to sleep soundly at night due to the terrible quality of the beds and pillows.

Aside from the insufficient size of the parking garage, guests had issues with the unsafe and poorly lit parking area. Some guests even noted that they had their personal belongings stolen from inside the car due to the dark ambiance and lack of enough security.
