Hotel Avondale by the Sea (Cape May, USA)

Most guests found the rooms and bathrooms to be clean and definitely liveable! Even the slightest of details like the air conditioning, the space below the bed, and even behind the headboard were ensured to be spotless throughout their stay.

Guests appreciated the property's convenient location. They have also enjoyed the nice, relaxing sea views from their rooms. Furthermore, travelling around the area is also a non-issue as everything is of walking distance.

Waking up to a delicious continental breakfast is what is expected when you stay at this property! Guests positively commented on the variety of nice warm dishes that was served each day, coupled with the nice views of the sea.

The building has several floors. However, there are no lifts available on-site to allow easy room access. This problem was particularly inconvenient for guests with mobility issues, and others guests who were not so comfortable in moving back and forth from one floor to another without the use of a lift.

While all the rooms are fully air-conditioned to ensure that the temperature is kept at a comfortable level, the loudness of the air conditioning units cause more inconvenience than comfort. Previous guests had trouble sleeping due to this problem.

There are many guests who are expecting to have their own coffee and tea making facilities inside their rooms for additional convenience. The motel, however, does not offer such in-room amenities, and guests would have to go to the breakfast area for them to enjoy their hot drink.
