The Grand is home to a number of leisure facilities suitable for all ages. Guests reported that both the indoor and outdoor pools are warm, clean and never crowded and there are so many things to do around the hotel that guests don't need to leave to find activities if they so choose.

The buffet breakfast served each morning is extensive with a seemingly endless variety of items to choose from. Everything is well-prepared and served at the right temperature and the breakfast room is bright and surrounded by spectacular views. .

Soundproofing in the guest rooms at The Grand is non-existent. Guests reported hearing everything in other rooms, in the corridors and outside. Footsteps, doors slamming, cars speeding by, talking, shouting and loud music from the bar are some of the sounds reported.

Unhelpful, Unprofessional Service
Some staff members at this hotel are unprofessional when dealing with guests and seem reluctant to help out when needed. They don't make eye contact with guests who are checking in, issues take a long time to be resolved, they openly complain about their jobs in front of guests and they don't offer any credits or apologies when there are issues. .
