It's All In The Details
The hotel has a penchant for detail and it shows! For example, the fabrics from the bed sheets to the towels are gentle and good quality. Napkins are top-quality and meticulously pressed. There's an "old world charm" about the setting and a comfort level that's rarely seen today.

The Location Adds To The Inn's Beauty
You will find great shopping in the area and the university is close by, so if you know someone who attends school in the area, the inn is the perfect place to stay. In addition, the horticultural and zoological garden are first-class. It's an oasis in the desert.

Luxury At Its Best
Niceties like complimentary cookies and hot-cocoa will spoil you during your stay.

The Staff Comes Up Short
Though the resort has immaculate surroundings, the staff seem out of place with the scenery. There's plenty of staff there to take care of you; however, hospitality is dearly lacking. There's no acknowledgment of your presence like and the front desk are cold as ice. It's like you are invisible.

Something For The Grown-Ups
The pool is a pleasure; however, it can get crowded and noisy with little-ones all about. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, you may be disappointed. However, the resort does offer a childcare service, or it would be great if the hotel had a kiddy area. Nonetheless, this is something minor and does not take away from the overall ambiance of the accommodation as the inn is not a family resort. It's definitely couple oriented.

Can't Hide Age
Though the inn is gorgeous, you may spot a bit of mildew here and there, but nothing significant.
