Negative Reviews
negative:
Some delays might be encountered
There are times when you just have to eat breakfast earlier than expected. However, you have to wait for 15-30 minutes to have a good spot during peak seasons. You might see empty tables but most of them are set aside for other guests. Thus, you are advised to make reservations the day before.
negative:
Issues with the bathrooms
Some doors won't close completely which gives you less privacy. Some showers do not have strong pressures. Some tiles have molds. If you come across any of these problems, contact the staff immediately. A technician or housekeeper will be at your door as soon as possible.
negative:
Some issues with room service
The servers are efficient and polite. However, there are times when the food seems undercooked. Upon notification, the management sincerely apologized and replaced the food. You can also ask for a refund if you want.
