On the whole, this AmericInn hotel was clean and well-presented, with a quiet ambience that was much appreciated by guests. Additionally, many found this hotel to be well-situated for a number of local attractions, including Fort Collins' Old Town as well as Loveland and its ski area.

Guests were also very complimentary of the amenities offered by this property. The hot tub and pool - the latter being very popular with younger guests - were a nice touch and kept to a high standard. This hotel is also very welcoming of pets and even had a grassy area set aside for the convenience of four-legged guests. Finally, this property's breakfast buffet was noted for its solid offerings.

This hotel is especially popular with group gatherings and party bookings. Indeed, staff seem to come into their own during events such as these, offering assistance to help guests' good times get even better.

On the whole, this hotel's staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient. However, judging by a number of past reviews, some guests were at the receiving end of lackluster and even indifferent service from certain members of this property's front desk team.

A number of guests were unhappy that this property insisted on taking credit card details taken for any incidental charges.

While housekeeping at this property was good on the whole, many felt that the bathroom areas were a little bit grubby and could benefit from some heavy cleaning.
