Negative Reviews
negative:
Seen Better Days
Reviewers are shocked at the state of disrepair into which the hotel has fallen. Furniture is tattered and scratched, lights are broken and bathroom fittings are rusted. A terrible smell pervades many rooms and corridors, one of many other issues which ongoing renovations are attempting to address.
negative:
Housekeeping Headaches
According to some reviewers, housekeeping can be hit-and-miss, especially during busy periods. Guests gripe about hairs in beds and bathtubs, unemptied bins full of previous guest's rubbish, stained sheets, moldy shower curtains and cleaners that don't speak English and are, therefore, difficult to communicate with.
