Complimentary morning eats were said to satisfy many previous guests. The breakfast is adequate and does the job of fueling you for the morning. Many say that the coffee came in handy and was perfect to start the day.

The spacious rooms are a big plus which makes way for comfort and unrestricted living. You will be able to enjoy every part of your suite, whether it be the spacious living area or large functional bathroom.

The facility is well-located, with Niagara Falls being a kilometre away. The prime location also puts you in close reach with an array of entertainment activities. You will never be bored. Furthermore, you will be pleased at the easy distance to the multiple restaurants which populate the area.

Guests were startled to find a very dirty facility upon arrival. You will not be pleased with the prominent odours and evident dirt of the facility. Housekeeping and maintenance is not up to par. Some complained of finding hair and grime in the bathtub.

Alongside cleanliness issues, previous guests encountered broken and worn facilities. Torn curtains, broken window frames and tired carpets are amongst many more tattered features.

Along with old TVs, Wi-Fi connection does not live up to the expected standards. If you enjoy a good TV programme, note that the TV’s available are old models with fuzzy resolution. In addition, the internet connection is poor and not pleasant to use.
