Hotel Ambassador Inn (St. George, USA)

The breakfast provided at the hotel is excellent according to most guests. The food was freshly cooked and well prepared, from French toasts and eggs to biscuits with gravy. The breakfast area was also sufficient to the total number of guests, and there were a wide selection of both hot and cold food that was constantly available and restocked.

Most of the positive reviews are focused on the overall professional and friendly assistance of the staff. They front desk staff as well as the breakfast employees are all helpful, courteous, and approachable. They are also very generous in giving discounts and made sure every guest is having a great experience.

Due to its close proximity to major highways such as Interstate-15, gas stations, shopping centres, and restaurants, most guests are able to enjoy roaming within the surrounding areas. It is also close to the famous Tuacahn Theatre and old St. George, which is very convenient for the guests.

Most guests had issues with the loud noise coming from the other guests from the neighbouring rooms above and beside them. The loud slamming of doors and babies crying at the next door were some of their major complaints.

Guests had to call the manager’s attention due to the weak Wi-Fi signal within the premises especially the rooms. They were frustrated with the slow Internet signal especially those who had to do their work while staying at the hotel.

Despite being clean and equipped with basic necessities, most guests complained about the small space provided for the rooms. The rooms are quite small compared to other standard hotel rooms within the area according to guests.
